Delivery costs
New shipping costs from January 1st, 2024:
Economy shipping: Only CHF 6.50.-
Priority shipping: Only CHF 8.50.-
For orders over CHF 150.00, the shipment will be sent free of charge. It is possible to collect the goods yourself.
Delivery
The ordered items are delivered worldwide. Cozy Kidz undertakes to exchange items that are delivered defectively. Upon receipt of the shipment, responsibility for the delivered items passes to the recipient.

- EU countries with UPS STANDARD service (delivery within 3/5 days)
- Rest of the World , with the service UPS EXPRESS SAVER ( (delivery within 2/3 days)

Shipping costs and return policy
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please send us your cancellation within 14 days of receiving the goods. Timely dispatch is crucial. We will refund the entire amount of the order or, in the event of a partial cancellation, the amount of the item as soon as we have received and inspected the goods.
